At Shop Ten 25, Abbe Fenimore’s mission is to deliver bold, beautiful design directly to your doorstep—smoothly and stylishly. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, and how we handle returns:
Shipping

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, our Dallas studio team takes 1–2 business days to pack and carefully inspect each item, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.

Domestic Shipping: We partner with trusted carriers to offer:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Complimentary on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $8 applies.

Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): Available at checkout for $20.

International Shipping: We ship globally! International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination. Rates are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that link to follow your package from our studio to your home.

Packaging: Every piece is carefully wrapped in eco-friendly, branded packaging—think crisp white boxes, colorful tissue paper, and protective cushioning—so your order makes a stylish grand entrance.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Shop Ten 25 pieces as much as Abbe loves designing them. If something isn’t quite right, here’s our process:

Eligibility:

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (including all tags, accessories, and cushioning materials).

Custom or special-order items (e.g., made-to-order pillows, personalized décor) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email returns@shopten25.com with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and reason for return.

Our Customer Care team will respond within 1 business day with a pre-paid return shipping label (domestic orders). For international returns, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs.

Refund Timeline:

Once we receive your return, allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Expect to see the credit within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or color, please note your preferred replacement in your return email. We’ll ship the new item as soon as your original return is approved.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund or issue a store credit—whatever you prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email returns@shopten25.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and get a replacement sent out immediately (subject to availability).
